S-Paramics Training
ILTP provide S-Paramics training that is CPD approved by the Institute of Engineers Ireland.
Model Development Training Course
This is a comprehensive three day course which is suitable for beginners in microsimulation and will provide the ability to build a wide variety of S-Paramics models. The course provides the modeller with the necessary skills to model urban / highway road scenarios, simulate public transport services, and junctions ranging from simple to complex, priority junctions to grade separated roundabouts.
Calibration and Advanced Modelling Techniques Training Course
This is a three day course which is suitable for S-Paramics users who are familiar with the topics covered in the Model Development Course. This course enables users to get the most out of S-Paramics. The user will be trained in Matrix Estimation, the input of Vehicle Actuated Traffic Signal Plans, the Calibration and Validation of models, and the advanced use of the Data Analysis Tool.
Participants should be familiar with model network coding and running S-Paramics, and have previously attended the S-Paramics Model Development course.
Junction Designer Course
This is a 1 day course which contains a number of exercises to show users how to construct a variety of junction types (i.e. roundabouts, non circulatory roundabouts, signal junctions, compound signal junctions), add traffic flow and view the results.
On-Site On Request
ILTP can tailor CPD accredited training course to suits specific requirements and needs. Course may be extended to include specific work on one of the client's projects.
